A new park which was opened just few months ago before year 2015 and it's called Paseo de Santiago perfect for bonding moments or just to chill and enjoy the cool winds.
Many people at Paseo de Santiago where most of  them are taking selfies.

Paseo de Santiago is located at Brgy. Santiago (near Talipapa market), Iligan City and accessible via Jeepney or by your own car. If you happen to ride on Jeepney, you can just ask the driver to drop at Talipapa Market since the entrance of the park is only few meters away from the road. There is a 10 peso entrance each person but I don't know how much is for cars to be parked just inside the park.

On the park, you will enjoy the breeze from the sea, have some time bonding with your friends or family and taking pictures with the sign "Iligan City" standing. By my estimate, each letter is about 7-8 feet high. You can also buy snacks and beers inside since there is a stand inside. You can play games inside the park like frisbee or any games since its quite windy.

Also at Paseo de Santiago has snack stalls where you can buy food and drinks inside or you can just bring them inside. Don't worry, there is corkage fee yet and I hope there will be no fee in the future.

Paseo de Santiago is best visited during sunset hours around 3pm-5pm.
